Dear Patients, Partners & Community Supporters:

On behalf of the NATIVE Project, we'd like to update you on how we're handling the ongoing COVID19 pandemic. This crisis is very real and we are doing all that we can to protect you and the community. We will be conducting our work in creative and different ways in order to protect you, our families and the greater Spokane community. We are very cognizant of our vulnerable patient populations, such as our elders and patients with compromised immunity, who share the clinic space with you. We will continue providing you with excellent care, but will be doing so by taking extra precautions for staff and patients.

In an effort to minimize in-person visits, the NATIVE Project will begin working via telephone & virtual visits for established patients only. We're still accepting new patients on a limited basis until April 24, 2020. The NATIVE Project will be using Zoom Health for our virtual visit services.

Virtual & Telemedicine begins Monday, March 23rd 2020:

  • We will begin our Medical & BH virtual visits & triage via computer, iPad, tablet, phone or laptop.
  • We will begin our Medical & BH telephonic visits & triage via telephone & cellphone.
  • Our Pharmacy team will be working with you to have all chronic meds & refills mailed out to you.
  • Our Patient Portal representatives & MAs will be working with you to stay in contact with us via the Patient Portal on www.myhealthrecord.com  please contact Nikki Marchand & have your email ready.
  • Our Behavioral Health & Substance Use team will be working with you to conduct virtual visits for urgent and crisis counseling care.

Activities, Events & Group Gatherings that are at least suspended until Friday, April 24th, 2020:

  • We are providing urgent care only and/or telehealth visits via Zoom Health only for medical and behavioral health. Please call for appointment.
