When/Time: Thursdays from 1:30-3:00 pm

Max class capacity: 6-12 people

Requirements: Current Native project patients 18 years & over need self-referral/request a referral from NP Medical, Dental or Behavioral Health provider. Signed Consent & Group Agreement Form and complete a brief screening and Care Plan with Shane Garcia
