After Hours Policy

To ensure our patients have access to care & on-call support after hours, the following steps will be provided to ensure you receive support:  


After 5:00 pm Monday-Friday, all calls will be forwarded to our answering service provider. If this is an emergency with life or death concerns, please hang up and call 9-1-1. If you are unsure of the severity of your illness or injury, the triage automated system allows you to request to speak to an on-call provider. You will be asked for your name, date-of-birth, and social security number for records. Your information and needs summary will be sent to us at the NATIVE Project. During our facility hours, someone from our team will make contact with you. Thank you.
