After Hours Care
After 5:00 pm Monday-Friday, all calls will be forwarded to our answering service provider. If this is an emergency with life or death concerns, please hang up and call 9-1-1. If you are unsure of the severity of your illness or injury, the triage automated system allows you to request to speak to an on-call provider. You will be asked for your name, date-of-birth, and social security number for records. Your information and needs summary will be sent to us at the NATIVE Project. During our facility hours, someone from our team will make contact with you. Thank you.
Patient Portal
Our patient portal will allow you to message providers, track appointments, receive reminders and view other important information. If you are 18 years or older, you can request to sign-up for the patient portal by calling (509) 483-7535.

Sliding Fee Scale
We provide discounted health care to underserved people. Our sliding fee scale is available to everyone. It is based on family size and income. We only require an application and that you bring in proof of household income. We provide care regardless of your ability to pay.
