Spring Community Wellness Schedule

The NATIVE Project welcomes all to join our weekly Community Wellness Nights on Tuesdays from 6pm-8pm at the Spokane Public Montessori (School at Havermale Medicine Wheel Center, 1300 W Knox Ave. (East side entrance on Adams St.) There will be no Wellness nights on April 2 and April 23.

No cost to attend! American Indian/Alaska Native Students in Middle and High School welcome! (Space will be limited) Complete the application and return to the email on application or bring into the clinic. The 2024 focus includes but is not limited to:

Diabetes Foot Clinic

Join us for refreshments, incentives, and healthy snacks while getting your feet checked. There’s a lot to manage if you have diabetes: checking your blood sugar, making healthy food, finding time to be active, taking medicines, going to doctor’s appointments. With all that, your feet might be the last thing on yourmind. But daily care…

Diabetes Education Classes

Open to all NATIVE Project patients who sign-up. Space is limited. Classes are on Wednesdays from 1:30pm-3:30pm in the "Great Room" at the clinic.
